Jeff Bowman is the founder and principal advisor at Insurance Claims Solutions, bringing more than 30 years of experience across financial services, superannuation, and personal insurance. Over the past decade, Jeff has built a reputation for helping Australians navigate some of life’s toughest moments — when illness, injury, or loss of income turns plans upside down.
With a background in both wealth advice and claims management, Jeff brings a unique, client-first approach that combines financial understanding with genuine care. He knows the difference a successful claim can make — not just financially, but emotionally — and his mission is to simplify the process so clients can focus on recovery, not red tape.
Jeff and his team work directly with clients, insurers, and super funds to identify entitlements, prepare and lodge claims, and manage communications through to resolution. Whether it’s TPD, trauma, income protection, or life insurance, Jeff’s goal is to ensure every client gets the fair outcome they deserve.
Based in Perth, Jeff continues to advocate for transparency and integrity in the insurance sector, guiding clients with empathy, expertise, and a results-driven focus.
Simon Stanton
Senior Claims Manager
Simon Stanton is the Senior Claims Manager at Insurance Claims Solutions, bringing more than 30 years of experience in life insurance claims management, assessment and resolution. Before joining Insurance Claims Solutions five years ago, Simon held senior executive roles at leading insurers including AMP and Zurich, where he built deep expertise across all claim types — from Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and trauma, to income protection and death benefit claims.
At Insurance Claims Solutions, Simon acts as a vital conduit between Superannuation Fund Trustees and insurers, working to secure the best possible financial outcomes for clients. His role demands both technical precision and compassion — ensuring that every claim is properly assessed, documented, and progressed with minimal stress for clients who may already be facing illness, injury or bereavement.
Simon is known for his calm, professional approach and his unwavering commitment to fairness and integrity. He specialises in managing complex and back-dated claims requiring extensive investigation, drawing on decades of experience to achieve timely and successful results.

Chief Operating Officer
Rachel Jacomb has worked extensively across all aspects of Business Administration in both Australia and New Zealand. Her competence and exceptional standard of service towards all stakeholders, is why Rachel is well respected and considered the glue that binds our national organisation.
Personal experience drives Rachel to ensure that Insurance Claims Solutions services are widely known and understood, so people are aware that effective help is available and those genuinely in need are given the best possible chance of a successful claim.
